Class action regarding price fixing practices in the ebooks industry

This class action alleges that five of the world’s big six ebook publishers (Hachette, Harper Collins, MacMillen, Penguin and Simon & Schuster) conspired with Apple to fix ebooks prices. The alleged result is a significant hike in ebouk prices (30%), the whole since Apple’s Ipad launch in April 2010.
