Class action filed against Allstate

On July 26, 2010, a class action lawsuit was filed against Allstate Canada Insurance Company.

The class action concerns the agents in Quebec that were working for Allstate on July 24th, 2007, who were advised by the company of the implementing of a "new business strategy" changing the "agencies's structure" from September 1st, 2007 and who left their employment before September 1st, 2009 as a result of this implementation.
