Ticket Master / TicketsNow Class Action

The Proposed Settlement was approved and is applicable since September 25th, 2012. The Settlement provides for a reimbursement of about 30$ per Quebec events tickets purchased on the ticketsnow.com website between February 19th, 2006 and September 25th, 2012. Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Settlement must do so by December 27th, 2012. Cheques will be mailed to the last know adresses of the members from December 28th, 2012, to January 25th, 2013. See our Class Actions section for more details.
