Profile
Mr. Quintal is a nominal partner at Sylvestre Fafard Painchaud since 1995.
Having developed an excellent knowledge of general civil law during his first years of practice, Mr. Quintal now offers complete legal services, mainly to a business clientele. He represents these businesses in contractual matters, legal liability, insurance matters, as well as in their relations with governmental authorities. He provides advice to his clients and prepares all of the documents required for commercial and corporate transactions.
Over the last 15 years, Mr. Quintal has represented transportation companies (trucking, maritime, air) with respect to all of the legal aspects of their activities. He also developed an expertise in environmental law.
