Founding partner of the firm Sylvestre Fafard Painchaud, Mr. Fafard pratices mainly in class actions related to consumer protection, insurance, credit and manufacturer's liability, since 1986.
As an expert in consumer law for more than 20 years, Mr. Fafard has been several times a consultant for public affairs programs such as La Facture and JE.
Mr. Fafard has also been a member of many boards of directors of consumer, young entrepreneurs, rights and liberties and leisure activity associations.
