After articling with the " Commission de la Santé et de la Sécurité au Travail " (worker's health and safety commission) in 1982, Mr. Charette specialized in workplace injuries and automobile accidents.
Mr. Charette joined the firm Sylvestre Fafard Painchaud as a nominal partner in November 2000.
He mostly represents victims of accidents before administrative tribunals and he participates in the negociation of recovery plans.
