Since 1999, member of the Bar of Quebec committee regarding the review of Quebec's public automobile insurance plan.
Expert for several Ontario insurance companies regarding automobile accidents occurring in Québec.
After articling with the " Commission de la Santé et de la Sécurité au Travail " (worker's health and safety commission) in 1982, Mr. Charette specialized in workplace injuries and automobile accidents.
Mr. Charette joined the firm Sylvestre Fafard Painchaud as a nominal partner in November 2000.
He mostly represents victims of accidents before administrative tribunals and he participates in the negociation of recovery plans.
